The company will conduct its activities after obtaining the commencement of business.
The direct controller of the Firm is deNovo Partners (DIFC) Limited, a limited liability company established under the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre in the United Arab Emirates.

Services
he Firm provides the following services to its customers under its Capital Market Authority license:
- Advising on the merits of dealing in securities business.
- Offer local and foreign securities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as permitted under the CMA regulations, including introducing parties in relation to offering of securities or arrangement of it’s underwriting.
- Corporate finance advisory, including advising, structuring and managing the financing of existing businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
